Phone plans
Starter and Shop are month to month, first month paid upfront, with no setup fee. You can cancel either one at any time. The full voice agent is first month paid upfront, with no setup fee, and it cancels with 30 days' notice.
Website memberships
Member and Member Plus are first month upfront, with no setup fee. They are billed monthly until you cancel. There is a 3-month minimum, then cancel with 30 days' notice. Months inside that minimum are not refunded. The annual member plan is $490 for the year, with no setup fee. Nothing is charged until you have seen your sample and said yes.
Other paid work
The ops retainer cancels with 30 days' notice. One-time work, such as an audit, an agent build, or a product sprint, is billed as quoted before it starts.
Refunds
A month that has already started is not refunded. Canceling does not pay back that month. The annual member plan is not refunded once the year has started. Work already done on a one-time project is not refunded.
